Welcome to Macau for some sweet news ,as one of the Ambassador for DKSH here in Macau ,my teams and I did created 12 desserts to be serve for this occasion on a 17th off march 2011 for café DKSH in Grand lapa hotel ,it was a great success, a lot of chefs turn out, we had a lot of fun and most important we had a wonderful time as everybody where able to talk to each other and exchange their point of view and ideas between colleagues , we hope to meet you all again in the near future, I hope you like photos & recipes - Herve.
