Chinese National Selection for World Chocolate Masters 2009 was held on January 22, 2009 at Chocolate Academy China, Barry Callebaut (Suzhou) Chocolate Co., Ltd. This is the second national contest held in China, and the first one was held in Shanghai for World Chocolate Masters 2007. Lee Fu-Wing from Macau won the title of Chinese Chocolate Master and will go to Paris for the world finals held in October 2009.
