Two frames in dark chocolate has
been used in this showpiece, the clock letters are made out of
white chocolate and the pointer is made out of covertures
chocolate, we use motorbike pieces to make the brackets, to make
this bracket we use the gelatin molding technique to achieve
perfect reproduction of the pieces, some parts of this show
piece was been sprayed with the chocolate gun, for the color we
used gold skinny powder and we use as well shinny silver powder
the cake was a simple mix fruit cake but following the theme of
the show piece.
